You find the best skills in "skills and trigger" and can vary a lot

Start with:

(divergent) storm burst (lvl 2) - (awakened) cast while channeling (lvl 5) + faster casting (lvl 20) + (vaal) firestorm (lvl 1)

First of all I have to tip my hat to the creator here, very impressive guide and build. I found my way here trying to convert a poison/chaos dot PF build that was originally designed for farming following Snoobae's build. I've had my fill of mapping and have been trying to make some adjustments for handling the ubers. I've taken down a few, but have been struggling with the level 85 ubers.

The main question I came here looking to solve was identifying the 4 anointments to add onto a Stranglehold. Was thinking: 1) Prismatic Skin 2) Sovreignty 3) Heart of Darkness 4) Either Fangs of the Viper or Charisma if I need it.

I believe that I've already changed out my gloves in the links above from Asentha's (+1 gems, despair) to a set of chaos dot's that I crafted. I also plan to swap in a health flask for the bosses and possibly change my body armor to a strong Incandescent Heart that I already have, or pick up Skin of Lords. Speccing into Transcendance would be a last resort. I've also thought about buy Progenisis but wanted some feedback before I spent my money in the wrong place.

yeeah, simply use the pob and the first shown skills. That's enough. The skills "HoA-virulences" skills are checked for linked in the gloves.

You need the alternatives only when you want to vary or for some special 40/40 challenges.

Progenisis or life flasks don't work as CI, Inascendant heart is fine as starter, but later a Skin of the lords bring in more benefits.

Strangleheart will be best with charisma and prismatic skin. Next depending on the set-up probably crystal skin, sovereignity etc.

Heart of darkness don't support minions.
